Seiko - Prospex Solar (SNE571)

he Seiko Prospex SNE571 is a compact, capable dive watch that manages to combine proper tool-watch credentials with proportions that work extremely well for everyday wear. Its dark dial, muted bezel and stainless-steel construction give it a purposeful look without making it feel overly bulky or aggressive on the wrist.

Power comes from Seiko’s solar system, so there’s no routine battery-changing to worry about — regular exposure to light keeps the watch charged and ready to go. The highly legible dial, prominent luminous markers and hands, rotating dive bezel and 200 metres of water resistance make this a genuinely practical watch, whether it’s being used around the water or simply as a reliable daily wearer.

This example is in very good pre-owned condition, showing only some very minor signs of previous wear. The case, bezel, dial and bracelet all present particularly well, giving the watch the feel of something that has been enjoyed but carefully looked after.
