WATCH SERVICE · ACROSS CANADA
You don't need to live in Vancouver to have your watch serviced by Roldorf.
Our Vancouver workshop receives watches from owners across Canada for mechanical service, repair, assessment and authorized service.
Before sending your watch, please start by submitting a repair request. Tell us about the watch and what it needs, and our workshop will respond before you ship it to us.
HOW IT WORKS
01 · CONTACT THE WORKSHOP
Submit a repair request with information about your watch and the work you believe it may require. We'll review it and reply before you send the watch.
02 · PACK & SHIP
Pack your watch securely in a sturdy, well-padded container. Please do not send presentation boxes unless we specifically ask for them.
03 · WE RECEIVE YOUR WATCH
When your watch arrives at Roldorf, it is entered into our workshop system and assigned a job ticket.
04 · INSPECTION & ESTIMATE
A watchmaker examines the watch and we contact you with our findings, recommendations and estimate before proceeding with chargeable work.
05 · SERVICE
Once approved, the required service or repair is completed in our Vancouver workshop.
06 · TESTING & RETURN
Following service, the watch goes through the appropriate final testing before being securely returned to you.
PACKING YOUR WATCH
A watch should be packed so that it cannot move around inside its container. A small rigid case or sturdy box with adequate padding works well.
Place that protected container inside a proper shipping box with additional cushioning around it.
Please do not simply place a watch in a padded envelope.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining your tracking information until we confirm receipt.
